K.BibackKimberly Biback
Corporate Relations & Development, Sharp Transportation Systems Inc.

Hometown:
Thornhill, ON

Career:
Kimberly is known for developing and implementing an Environmental Engagement Program for Cadillac Fairview in 2009, which garnered so much success, impact and media attention that it received an International Award and was subsequently rolled out across all Cadillac Fairview locations nationally.

Involvement with PMTC:
Kimberly joined the PMTC in July 2017, initially entering as a YLG (Young Leaders Group) Trial Member, personally funding the expense. Kimberly was new to the industry at the time and first discovered the PMTC the night before the Annual Conference and registered to attend at 11:00 pm. Kimberly found the event to be highly educational, compounded by excellent networking opportunities that inspired her to bring more back to the company she was with at the time. Kimberly saw joining the YLG as an opportunity to become more immersed in the industry and develop professionally to bring increasingly more value to her company.

Since joining the PMTC, both Kimberly and her current employer have found extreme benefit.

Kimberly’s industry passions are primarily focused on relationship building and contributing to the growth and success of her organization as well as the industry. She sees so much talent, drive, and versatility in the industry that her ultimate passion is to promote these values that the industry offers; and attract others to enter and see these benefits for themselves.

Interests away from work:
Kimberly enjoys exploring the world with her son, ultra-running, skydiving, rock climbing, OCR & Ninja gyms, writing/publishing books and novels, CrossFit, comedy, a good steak (medium-rare), ‘vino tinto,’ and engaging discussions with her husband

Jon RjpgJonathan Ratnasamy
Director, Logistics & Network Modeling

Hometown:
Mississauga, ON

Career:
I’ve been at Wolseley Canada for two years as the Director of Logistics and Network Modeling. Prior to Wolseley, I worked as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte where I served clients in the public and private sector, primarily focused on delivering projects in the Logistics and Sourcing/Procurement space. I started my career at Maple Leaf Foods as part of their management rotation program, where I worked across several supply chain roles (planning, logistics, sourcing and strategy).

Involvement with PMTC:
I joined the PMTC earlier this year, but Wolseley Canada has been a member for some time. I believe very strongly that organizations like the PMTC afford individuals and organizations alike the opportunity to build and develop upcoming talent, deepen technical expertise, expand professional networks and enjoy improved overall performance via best practice sharing. Logistics has always been an interest and passion of mine – particularly as it relates to product flow through a Supply Chain. Most recently, I have been involved in understanding and unlocking how Logistics & Network Design, is a critical enabler of ecommerce performance in an increasingly challenging commercial landscape.

Interests away from work:
I enjoy spending time with friends, family and my dog Albus. I also like reading, running and calisthenics.
