The Private Motor Truck Council of Canada -- the voice of the nation's private fleets -- announced its incoming board of directors during an annual conference in King City, Ontario.

Dennis Shantz of Home Hardware Stores Ltd. continues in the role of chair, while Jason Hinton of Burnbrae Farms and David Marvin of Superior Propane take on the roles of vice chair.
