All carriers who move goods across Provincial and International borders should determine whether they have to register and comply with the new Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act.

 If you are a carrier from Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick, or Saskatchewan, and your trucks move goods across a provincial or international border (cross-border)  ou should determine whether you were required to register with the CRA on April 1, 2019 to be compliant with the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (GGPPA). Failure to meet this deadline could result in a $2,000 fine and other penalties.
